Creamy Pumpkin Roll
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Pumpkin puree
- 3 large eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup flour
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¾ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
Directions
- Combine eggs and sugar in a bowl and blend well.
- Add pumpkin and lemon juice and blend again.
- Add nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon powder, salt and baking powder.
- Add flour and blend to make dough.
- On a baking tray, spray cooking oil and line with a parchment paper. Place this mixture on it.
- Bake oven for 10-15 minutes at 160 C.
- Take it out of oven and turn it over a tea towel and sprinkle powdered sugar.
- Pull kitchen paper and roll it with towel. Put it into the fridge.
- When the roll is cool, unroll and put some cream cheese, butter, powdered vanilla and sugar mix inside.
- Roll it gently.
